As a software engineer transitioning into AI and LLM-based application development, I realized that understanding models alone isn’t enough. You need to speak their language. That’s where prompt design comes in.
Google Cloud’s Vertex AI offers one of the most production-ready platforms to deploy, manage, and scale generative AI models. Learning prompt design in this context made total sense — it’s not just about experimenting; it’s about building something reliable.
🔍 What Is Prompt Design?
Prompt design is the art and science of crafting inputs (prompts) that guide large language models (LLMs) to produce the desired outputs.
